I’ll make sure you receive friendly, quality service at a reasonable price. If your problem is not resolved you will not be charged—not even a diagnostic fee. You have nothing to lose and a faster computer to gain. Just drop it off to me or call me to pick it up.
*I DON'T CHARGE a service fee, maintenance fee, diagnostic fee, hourly rate** or labor fee. You pay a FLAT Rate for each service (i.e. $120 for Virus Cleanup plus PC Upgrade) plus software or hardware parts required.
**Minimum hourly rate for phone consultations (see other side for fee).
Flat Rate of $60.00 FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL SERVICE
Virus & Spyware Removal (Diagnose and Repair)
· Remove all viruses, spyware, malware on the computer
· Repair any operating system issues (boot issues, blue screens, etc.)
· Apply system tweaks and modifications
· Perform operating system critical updates
· Test operating system for proper functionality
· Provide you with an estimated cost for hardware repair(s) or upgrade(s) needed to provide a complete solution
· Back up to 9GB of your data to external hard drive, DVD disc or flash drive (additional charge if media not supplied)*
PC Upgrades
· Install an internal or external PC component, such as a graphics card, hard drive, optical drive, MP3 player, printer or scanner, $20 each additional* · Install any included software that is necessary for functionality on one computer
· Configure the PC component for applicable use
· Determine computer compatibility for, install/repair and configure 1 software title, $20 each additional*
· Perform necessary software updates
· Create desktop, start menu and quick launch bar access shortcuts
Computer Set-up
· Physically set up one PC, including the computer plus monitor, keyboard, mouse and speakers
· Organize wires and cables with your cable ties (ties not included)
· Install one new software application, $20 each additional*
· Install one peripheral or external device, $20 each additional*
· Configure your new computer to access your existing Internet account and one existing e-mail account
· Test your computer to make sure it is functioning properly
· Transfer your computer data (up to 20GB) to another computer or medium (DVD, hard drive, network attached storage) and import the data into an installed program or location *
Security and Performance
· Install antivirus and antispyware software with current definitions and application updates
· Perform system updates and improve PC speed and performance, including startup and shutdown optimization, Windows updating, menu navigation improvement, quick launch and taskbar cleanup and program shortcut creation
· Enable basic security functions, including antiphishing and pop-up blocking activation in Internet Explorer
· Remove unwanted programs and trialware
· Create desired user accounts (if applicable)
· Test and verify PC hardware and software functionality
· Create a backup restore CD
Software/Hardware Troubleshooting (Maintenance)
· Diagnose and repair common software/hardware issues such as: – I can’t get on the internet
– I can’t print
– I can’t get into my email
– My computer keeps crashing
– I can’t burn a CD/DVD
· Update your operating system with latest fixes and patches
Phone Consultations (first 10 minutes FREE)
· Free telephone phone consultation and advice (limited to 10 minutes).
· Walk you thru fixing a problem over the phone, limited to one hour plus 2 follow up phone calls, within 7 days
· If unable to fix, no fee will be charged
*The price of the actual part or device and software (i.e. anti-virus) is separate. Includes installing latest device drivers and updates.
